Cedarstream Corporate Headquarters is a 45,000 SF corporate office and industrial high- volume apparel printing facility located in Cedartown, GA. Growth of their corporate and K-12 apparel business, and large orders by college and professional sports franchises, exceeded their production capacity. The project schedule was set with a five-month design - pre-construction planning phase and eight-month construction phase. Orders for new production equipment placed during schematic design arrived for installation upon receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy. Despite challenges, the project was delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
