Complete renovation of an existing 5,300 SF building. The interior of the building was demolished completely, including the existing roof. New exterior masonry walls were reconstructed to add four feet in height to the building, and a new roof was installed. Sitework was completed around the building to lower the existing grades, and a new building entrance was constructed. The interior of the building was renovated to provide displays for museum memorabilia and an additional event hosting space. Project included site work, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, finishes, mechanical, and electrical.
