Construction of a new 14,000 SF 1-story building.

During pre-construction, the construction team developed a list of value engineering (VE) options to be considered for the project. Duffey Southeast collaborated with all team members to review and discuss ideas; VE options were compiled and reviewed with the design team and owner. While two of the options with the largest value were rejected by the local municipality, the team was still able to offer over $30,000 in savings to the client. These cost savings helped offset changes that were made by the owner and design team during construction.
