LaGrange, GA| Crow Holdings

Pegasus Industrial is a 323,386 SF tilt-up facility that will support a multinational automobile manufacturer’s part distribution center. This is the first of a two-building complex on a 72-acre site. Crow Holdings and Constructive Ingenuity partnered with Duffey Southeast for the site, shell, and tenant interior buildout. This project includes 36’ clear height, 65 trailer parking spaces, 216 auto parking spaces, 60 dock doors, and a 185’ truck court. The interior buildout will include 8,000 SF of office space. Warehouse infrastructure comprised of 45 dock leveler positions, warehouse electrical infrastructure for parts management, storage, and operational support. Site improvements including high security fencing, guard house for the truck court, and barrier arm gates for access-controlled entry to and from the building.
