The scope includes associated auto parking, truck docks, trailer parking, utilities, and a stormwater conveyance system. This project includes 36’ clear height, 57 trailer parking spaces, 201 auto parking spaces, 63 dock doors, 2 drive in doors, and a 185’ truck court.
