We were contracted for multiple projects at this particular location for a Fortune 500 Company. This location’s first project was for the construction of 122,000 square foot long distance telephone switch office. The project was performed on a “fast-track” basis with design proceeding concurrently with actual construction. The client had an existing 3,000 square foot POP building, which had to be enclosed by new construction and demolished after new structure was weather-tight. Equipment and personnel in POP building remained in service with no interruptions due to construction activities. Multiple upgrades have continued and are still ongoing with the most recent being the installation of a new UPS system and data center expansion.
