Speed to market was the primary focus for our client when they contracted us to develop this 3 acre site for a new 2MW data center. Duffey Southeast worked with the project team to complete full due diligence in an effort to find the best option for the local community and AHJ to support the speed and scope the project. Duffey Southeast successfully installed and supported commissioning of the new 2MW data center on time and in budget. Scope of this project included installation of new utility, ATS, switchgear and generator in support of two (2) 1 MW modular UPS buildings that feed two new modular data center buildings. The data center integrated cooling system provided the building with a PUE of 2 or less when ambient air is viable.
