Located at the heart of Downtown Columbia just one block from the South Carolina Statehouse grounds, the 159,013-square-foot office building features easy access to the University of South Carolina and the University Hill neighborhood, as well as courthouses and government buildings. The 11th floor fit-out alterations of existing office space constructed ten (10) new tenant suites on the 11th floor. Alterations included demolition of existing construction, new partitions, new ceiling grid and tile, new light fixtures, new and relocated power and communication devices, existing restroom modifications, HVAC and sprinkler modifications, and new finishes.
