Paya was a 12 week tenant interior build-out that we did for Perimeter Sterling Pointe Properties, LLC.  The scope of the project consisted of interior demo (flooring, walls, ceilings, millwork, light fixtures and plumbing fixtures), construction of new offices, open spaces for cubicles, break room, conference rooms and lobby.  We built walls, installed doors, installed millwork, installed light fixtures, data ports and circuits, installed acoustical and drywall ceilings, painting of the walls and the exposed ceiling areas, floor coverings, installed glass partitions, installed HVAC grills and diffusers,  installed a fire alarm system, built a data room, and relocated the existing fire sprinkler heads.
