Suwanee, GA | Chick-Fil-A
Ground-up Chick-Fil-A located in Suwanee, Georgia, including complete site package, drive thru canopy, and full service dine-in restaurant building. Just like the ingredients used in Chick-fil-A recipes, Chick-Fil-A incorporates quality materials into their restaurant design, and highlights hardworking, classic kitchen materials. Their restaurant designers incorporate subtle-yet-fun elements, highlighting their hope that every Chick-fil-A restaurant become an integral, caring neighbor in the local community. Creating relationships and caring for people is how Chick-Fil-A likes to do business, and that includes helping create economic opportunity for local craftsmen. Every Chick-fil-A restaurant design reflects that philosophy by featuring handmade pieces crafted by artisans, each with a unique story to tell. Our first Chick-Fil-A project in Suwanee, Georgia, showcases one of our favorite local artists Kathleen Plate of Smartglass, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her recycled, gorgeous, Coca-Cola chandelier is a dining room centerpiece.
Like Duffey Southeast, Chick-fil-A follows Lean Construction principals. As a result, construction teams are more intentional with resources. When you step foot in a new Chick-fil-A restaurant, it may look and feel similar to other restaurants but behind the scenes, the design and construction process is now much more advanced and sustainable — with a big advantage being the reduction of waste during the construction process. We are proud of our first Chick-Fil-A project turnover in a community where our employees live, work, and play, and look forward to the next one!
