Construction of a 66,000 SF replacement hospital, 23,000 SF medical office building to support new Floyd Polk Medical Center Campus, a new 10,000 SF Urgent Care Clinic, and a new 14,000 SF Urgent Care Clinic. Scope of work included structural steel, concrete, masonry, EIFS, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, and interior finishes.
