Rome, GA | Floyd Polk Medical Center: Rome Urgent Care

Construction of a new 10,000 SF 1-story building.

Lean construction principles were utilized for this project to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Pull plan scheduling was conducted to minimize any project delays. Record amounts of rainfall were recorded during the construction period, but the pull plan scheduling helped the team deliver the project on time. This project received the AGC Build Georgia Award.
